To work with a team spirit and to ensure that each guest leaves the Outlet fully satisfied and with the wish to return back<\/p>\n

  The Security Agent\u2019s responsibilities include, but not limited to:<\/p>\n

  • Is responsible for his\/her station or section in terms of service and guest satisfaction.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Directs the waiter\/tress for an efficient service.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Enhances the guest satisfaction by dealing with them professionally.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Handles the guest complaints and requests of the station or section.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Interacts with Outlet guests professionally<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Performs as per OSM Standards, and in line with the 7 hospitality issues and 4 corner stones.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Proper grooming at all times<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • To attend training classes as per schedule<\/li>\n

    <\/ul>\n

    Your experience and skills include:<\/p>\n

    • VTC or hospitality collage graduate or any related education<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • Very good experience<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities <\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • Highly responsible & reliable <\/li>\n

      <\/ul>\n
