Job Description
As a Front-end Developer at Deriv, you\u2019ll build powerful front-end systems with an improved user experience for our clients worldwide. You\u2019ll be heavily involved in the design and development phases of our applications as we aim to create the best online trading platform in the industry.
Your challenges <\/p>\n

Find the balance between functional and aesthetic design, and create engaging user interfaces for all our products. <\/p>\n

Ensure our products are accessible across all platforms by optimising them for speed, scalability, and usability. <\/p>\n

Resolve web-development challenges by employing reusable components and the latest front-end frameworks. <\/p>\n

Offer the best user experience for our clients by performing automated tests, troubleshooting issues, and making improvements. <\/p>\n

Maintain clear and detailed technical design documentation according to our style guide.
Requirements<\/p>\n

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS <\/p>\n

Good grasp of diverse testing and debugging methods <\/p>\n

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
What\u2019s good to have <\/p>\n

Good grasp of UI\/UX design processes <\/p>\n

Experience in working with React library <\/p>\n

Experience with Git <\/p>\n

Working experience in open-source platforms like Linux <\/p>\n

Strong knowledge of technologies such as MobX, Gatsby, WebSocket, and styled-components <\/p>\n

Good understanding of back-end technologies
