• Working as part of a small team to undertake due diligence in relation to off plan UK residential new builds for buyers and developers.<\/li>\n
• Investigating title, reviewing searches and property information, raising enquiries preparing and issuing reports on title.<\/li>\n
• Exchanging contracts, dealing with completions and conducting transactions.<\/li>\n
• Undertaking general conveyancing matters.<\/li>\n
• Taking instructions and reporting directly to clients.<\/li>\n
• Drafting completion and financial statements<\/li>\n
• Taking responsibility and being the client's first point of contact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  The Successful Applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Experienced in dealing with UK residential new builds<\/li>\n
  • 3+ years of experience in a residential conveyancing team<\/li>\n
  • Common law qualified<\/li>\n
  • Strong client management skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to support and work as part of a small collaborative team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
