• We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Coordinator to be responsible for tasks and event management, and handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction.<\/li>\n
• The Coordinator will also be responsible for liaising with clients, contacting vendors, and working with various staff members to complete a project.<\/li>\n
• This Permanent, Full-Time Job is based at our HQ in Abu Dhabi, UAE.<\/li>\n
• To be successful as a coordinator, you must have excellent communication skills and a passion for organization. A good coordinator manages project schedules meticulously and thinks on their feet to solve any problems that arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Determining And Adhering To Budgets And Timelines.<\/li>\n
  • Managing Project Teams And Collaborating With Other Construction Professionals.<\/li>\n
  • Create and adhere to a timeline for planning events.<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with clients to gauge their needs.<\/li>\n
  • Work with staff to accomplish tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Contact vendors for outsourced services.<\/li>\n
  • Receive phone calls and respond to emails from clients.<\/li>\n
