• Develop and manage all accounting operations and transactions.<\/li>\n
• Publish financial statements in time.<\/li>\n
• Handle and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.<\/li>\n
• Reconcile bank statements and resolves discrepancies.<\/li>\n
• Ensure timely bank payments.<\/li>\n
• Manage balance sheets and financial statements.<\/li>\n
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups frequently.<\/li>\n
• During the auditing process, provide help to both internal and external auditors.<\/li>\n
• Comply and adhere to accounting principles, financial policies, and regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Job requirements<\/p>\n

  • 3-4 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role.<\/li>\n
  • BA. in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.<\/li>\n
  • Hands-on experience using accounting computer programs like FreshBooks and QuickBooks.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas :<\/li>\n
  • VAT.<\/li>\n
  • Banking<\/li>\n
  • Jordanian tax and social security.<\/li>\n
  • Payroll.<\/li>\n
  • Assets.<\/li>\n
  • AR & AP.<\/li>\n
  • Insurance.<\/li>\n
  • Financial reporting.<\/li>\n
  • Financial analysis.<\/li>\n
  • A keen eye for detail and exceptional analytical skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent MS skills mainly in Excel<\/li>\n
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.<\/li>\n
