Job Function\/ Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Should respond to Za\u2019atari Blumont Staff queries immediately and make arrangements to provide solutions.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for installing, configuration and assuring of backing up all Blumont Za\u2019atari users\u2019 Data.<\/li>\n
• Install and configure Network appliances.<\/li>\n
• Facilitate the repair work if any.<\/li>\n
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Coordinator.<\/li>\n
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.<\/li>\n
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.<\/li>\n
• Report issues to the IT Manager for escalation.<\/li>\n
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.<\/li>\n
• Maintenance for Network Cables and Points, Make sure that all the cables are in good shape and there are no losses.<\/li>\n
• Any additional tasks required from the IT Coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Required Education & Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Technology or any related field.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 2 years of a prior experience<\/li>\n
  • Preferable to be Certified on MCSE, CCNA, Security+, A+<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Server Windows 2012 R2, and Workstation Windows 10.<\/li>\n
    • Microsoft Office 365 and office 2016 onwards and other common desktop applications.<\/li>\n
    • Basic networking skills including TCP\/IP, and Network cabling and infrastructure.<\/li>\n
    • The ability to configure network printers.<\/li>\n
    • Awareness of all mainstream mobile technologies (RIM, Android, Apple etc.) specifically when related to Blumont systems.<\/li>\n
    • Experience supporting and maintaining an asset database.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to function successfully in both team and independently, meeting strict deadlines<\/li>\n
    • Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to recognize when to escalate.<\/li>\n
    • Organizational skills to support administrative personnel, department supervisors, staff, and managers by maintaining respectful interactions and relationships with Project Staff.<\/li>\n
    • The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and computer skills required.<\/li>\n
    • A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
