Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Business analyst should have some background knowledge of the subject to make the requirements gathering efficient, or at least have the skills to apply logical analytical thought to a business issue. To provide a comprehensive range of requirement gathering for all types of customers. <\/p>\n
Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing customer and business requirements; developing usage scenarios, use cases. <\/p>\n
Develop the stakeholder\u2019s requirements using UML use cases, Business Modelling Diagrams as applicable <\/p>\n
Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals <\/p>\n
Document the requirements utilizing the Software Requirements Specification \/ Business Modelling document as applicable. <\/p>\n
Driving a shared solutions vision, while managing customer expectations. <\/p>\n
Identifying overall components design and managing the functional specification and building user interface design. <\/p>\n
Work with other team members to assure satisfying all in scope and approved client requirements <\/p>\n
Create the traceability matrix and the glossary as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: <\/p>\n
Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis Field <\/p>\n
Very Good communication skills, both in terms of expressing themselves verbally and in writing. <\/p>\n
Skilled in conducting needs analysis and documenting requirements, drafting project proposals, and coordinating project activities <\/p>\n
Strong technical background with a full understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) methodology.
* Familiarity with at least one of the major Operating Systems (i.e., MS Windows, Linux or UNIX).
