The opportunity<\/strong>
Project:<\/strong> A world-class resort project located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This unique project will be the first of its kind in the UAE and is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager.
This key role will report to the project director, the position will be full-time and based on-site in the Ras Al Khaimah project office. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to deliver high-end hospitality projects.
Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Managing and being accountable for the project. <\/li>\n
• Managing your team in a professional, inclusive and caring manner. <\/li>\n
• Establishing the project execution plan and managing and supervising the relevant project team\/parties to achieve these objections. <\/li>\n
• Managing matters in relation to health, safety, and wellbeing on the project at all stages. <\/li>\n
• Managing the planning and monitoring of the progress of your project. <\/li>\n
• Preparing necessary project plans and keeping them updated and relevant over the course of the project. <\/li>\n
• Ensuring project budgets are managed. <\/li>\n
• Ensuring quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored. <\/li>\n
• Managing relevant meetings and site walks and ensuring these are suitably recorded. <\/li>\n
• Be actively involved in risk management. <\/li>\n
• Effectively communicate with all project parties\/stakeholders and ensure suitable records are maintained. <\/li>\n
• Managing by example working collaboratively and always in an inclusive manner. <\/li>\n
• Being fully responsible for leading and managing a project, or part thereof. <\/li>\n
• Providing advice to the client in planning the project, including design, procurement, project controls, and delivery. <\/li>\n
• Managing relationships with the client and other project stakeholders. <\/li>\n
• Providing advice to the client to enable him to make key project decisions in a timely manner and ensure these are suitably administered. <\/li>\n
• Developing the project execution plan, ensuring it is agreed upon with project stakeholders, and ensuring that all relevant parties you lead and supervise also understand these project objectives in your day-to-day management of the project. <\/li>\n
• Planning, managing and monitoring the project, reporting any areas of concern in a timely manner, and you will recommend ways to resolve any issues as they arise. <\/li>\n
• Managing accurate records for all project issues as required. <\/li>\n
• Complying always with Mace processes and procedures and delivering our services in line with Mace core values. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  About you<\/strong>
  You hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering you have a relevant degree in the built environment discipline-specific professional registration preferred (CIBSE, IMechE, MEIT, PMI) a minimum of 12 years of industry experience, and have held a similar role for at least 3 years have the ability to manage multiple MEP works packages in parallel.
