About this role:<\/p>\n

\n
• Ensure consistency and quality of assessment within the Client Global Qualification Centre.<\/li>\n
• Manage and Lead the Assessment Team in delivering Global Work-based Qualifications<\/li>\n
• Advise and support the Assessment Team.<\/li>\n
• Set-up sampling Strategies to ensure the assurance of the assessment Process.<\/li>\n
• Organize and conduct regular team meetings with the assessment team.<\/li>\n
• Ensure THE Assessment & Verification Teams take part in Standardization of Assessment Processes.<\/li>\n
• Maintain a high standard of Internal Verification and Assessment records.<\/li>\n
• Maintain Center Policies, Procedures, Assurance & Governance Management Systems <\/li>\n
• Communicate with Awarding Body and Plan for External Verification Audits<\/li>\n
• Ensure all Assessment activities conducted in the Assessment Field are done in compliance with all Client HSSEQ & SSOW Policies & Procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What you need to bring:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Qualified Internal Verifier holding Certificates: D32 & D33 OR A1 & V1 OR LD9 & LD11<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 10 Years working experience within the Middle East Region<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 15 years of Refinery Operational Experience within a senior position, Covering a wide range of Refinery Units & Refinery Process Systems<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 8 Years of Assessment and Verification Experience of International Work Based Competency Standards<\/li>\n
  • Must have experience of Delivering International Assessment Programs up to and including Level 3 and good understanding of the complexities delivering Assessment Programs at level 3<\/li>\n
  • Must Have experience of Delivering International Assessment and Verification Programs on a LIVE Refinery Processing Plant<\/li>\n
  • Must have Good Knowledge of DCS Control Systems<\/li>\n
  • Must have excellent leadership and Co-ordination qualities<\/li>\n
  • Must have excellent HSSEQ & SSOW Understanding<\/li>\n
  • Must be culturally Aware and able to Operate with a Multi-Cultural Environment<\/li>\n
  • Excellent Communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
