The opportunity<\/strong>
Project: <\/strong>A world-class resort project located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This unique project will be the first of its kind in the UAE and is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with infrastructure and utility experience.
This key role will report to the construction director\/zone area lead. The position will be full-time and based on-site in the Ras Al Khaimah project office. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to deliver high-end hospitality and marine projects.
Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Responsible for managing a project, or part thereof. <\/li>\n
• Providing advice to the client in planning the project, including design, procurement, project controls, and delivery. <\/li>\n
• Managing relationships with the client and other project stakeholders. <\/li>\n
• Providing advice to the client to enable him to make key project decisions in a timely manner and ensure these are suitably administered. <\/li>\n
• Developing the project execution plan, ensuring it is agreed with project stakeholders, and ensuring that all relevant parties you lead and supervise also understand these project objectives in your day-to-day management of the project. <\/li>\n
• Planning, managing and monitoring the project, reporting any areas of concern in a timely manner, and you will recommend ways to resolve any issues as they arise. <\/li>\n
• Creating and managing accurate records for all project issues as required. <\/li>\n
• Complying always with Mace processes and procedures and delivering our services in line with Mace core values. <\/li>\n
• Managing matters in relation to health, safety, and wellbeing on the project at all stages. <\/li>\n
• Managing the planning and monitoring of the progress of your project. <\/li>\n
• Preparing necessary project plans and keeping them updated and relevant over the course of the project <\/li>\n
• Ensuring project budgets are managed. <\/li>\n
• Ensuring quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored. <\/li>\n
• Managing relevant meetings and site walks and ensuring these are suitably recorded. <\/li>\n
• Be actively involved in risk management. <\/li>\n
• Effectively communicate with all project parties\/stakeholders and ensure suitable records are maintained. <\/li>\n
• Managing by example working collaboratively and always in an inclusive manner. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  About you<\/strong>
  You have a relevant degree in the built environment, business\/management studies, etc chartered\/registered member of a relevant institution (e.g. RICS, ICE,CIOB, APM, etc) a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience.
