The opportunity<\/strong>
Project:<\/strong> A world-class resort project located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This unique project will be the first of its kind in the UAE and is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager \/ Area Zone Manager.
This key role will report to the project director. The position will be full-time and based on-site in the Ras Al Khaimah project office. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to deliver high-end hospitality and marine projects.
Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Be responsible and accountable for your zone. <\/li>\n
• Providing strategic level leadership and will work with the client and project stakeholders on all key project matters. <\/li>\n
• Managing and motivating the Mace team. <\/li>\n
• Ensuring the plans for planning the project, including design, procurement, project controls, and delivery are agreed upon with the client and communicated to the team, and implemented. <\/li>\n
• Managing relationships with the client and other project stakeholders. <\/li>\n
• Be responsible for approval and team compliance with the project execution plan, and ensure that all relevant parties, through your team, understand these project objectives. <\/li>\n
• Ensuring the project is planned, managed, and monitored and robust and accurate reporting is in place. <\/li>\n
• Managing the Mace account, including invoicing and debt collection robustly. <\/li>\n
• Promote Mace and seek further opportunities for Mace. <\/li>\n
• Complying with Mace processes and procedures and delivering our services in line with Mace core values. <\/li>\n
• Managing the Mace team by example and ensuring all HR matters are appropriately managed in a fair, caring, and inclusive manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  About you<\/strong>
  You have 10 to 15 years of experience a relevant degree in the built environment, business\/management studies, etc chartered\/registered member of a relevant institution (e.g. RICS, ICE, CIOB, APM, etc) to ensure the team full compliance with Mace scope on the project.
