Education: BA Law, Accounting, Finance, Business administration, logistics, supply chain or any related field <\/p>\n

2-4 years of contracts management experience in contracts management in similar industry <\/p>\n

SAP Ariba Contracts Management and Catalog Modules experience is preferred <\/p>\n

Familiar with legal contract formation, drafting services and supply agreements <\/p>\n

In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications. <\/p>\n

Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills. <\/p>\n

Ability to resolve disputes and concerns. <\/p>\n

Strong reporting and data analytics skills <\/p>\n

SAP Ariba experience (Catalogs and Contracts Management Modules) <\/p>\n

Project management experience <\/p>\n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of attention to detail <\/p>\n

Strong professional and interpersonal skills <\/p>\n

Ability to work independently and in a team <\/p>\n

have good judgment and the ability to interpret policies and procedures. <\/p>\n

Analyze and solve complex problems and have careful attention to detail. <\/p>\n

Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures <\/p>\n

Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail <\/p>\n
