JOB DESCRIPTION
ThisClinical Dietician work involvesin consulting Nursing and Food Service staff, concerning problems affecting patient's food habits and needs. The Clinical Dietician has direct contact to instruct patients and others on nutritional principles, dietary needs, food selection and preparation. The Dietician has the authority to exercise supervision over the Food Service.Supervisors and all other Food Service Staff. Work is performed in accordance with standard professional practices, physician prescription and directions, along with general policies and procedures.
