Summary

The Team Leader – Front Office is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications<\/p>\n

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. <\/li>\n
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. <\/li>\n
• Preferably bilingual speaker (Arabic & English). <\/li>\n
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.<\/li>\n
• Flexibility in working shifts. <\/li>\n
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
