4 years of experience.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required<\/li>\n<li>Plan and facilitate HR activities in the team: contract, recruitment, job offers, and employee relation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure to develop job descriptions for current\/new positions, updating job descriptions, as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in staff recruitment and selection process, prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions, schedule and organize interviews, inform unsuccessful applicants and screening, and maintain applications and resumes.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions for all new employees will include ensuring that all relevant employee information is obtained and secured within an employee-personnel file.<\/li>\n<li>Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and submit reports on general HR activity to deliver regular updates on all employees.<\/li>\n<li>Support the completion of employee probationary and annual evaluations including Coordinating 90-day and annual performance appraisal processes.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing an independent contractor service agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with providing compliance in all areas of human resources.<\/li>\n<li>Answering employee requests and questions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing human resources plans &amp;
