Key Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n

• Identify compliance requirements and assess strategic, operational, reporting and compliance risks associated with the organization\u2019s operations<\/li>\n
• Advise the management on the applicable obligations and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements by performing regular planned and ad-hoc compliance risk assessments and testing<\/li>\n
• Report Compliance and ERM results to the management on a regular basis<\/li>\n
• Develop and maintain compliance framework, policy, process and procedures, and its implementation across the organization<\/li>\n
• Resolve employees\u2019 concerns about legal compliance<\/li>\n
• Centralize all information on compliance and ERM related registers<\/li>\n
• Engage with key stakeholders to build solid relationships, improve processes, share knowledge and develop a compliance and risk culture<\/li>\n
• Follow-up on non-compliant issues to determine implementation status of corrective actions<\/li>\n
• Educate\/ advise employees on aspects related to governing law compliance <\/li>\n
• Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed<\/li>\n
• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
