Job Summary <\/strong><\/p>\n

This role is responsible for engaging with international and national Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) to build mutually beneficial partnerships, advocating the organization\u2019s strategies to accelerate the implementation of the foundation\u2019s goals and improve the awareness and understanding of the foundation & its initiatives in governates.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Strategically identify and develop key NGO relationships that support the advocacy of strategies that accelerate.<\/li>\n
• In consultation with the Outreach Senior Manager, contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic plan to improve engagement with communities, through key international and local NGOs partnerships.<\/li>\n
• Propose an event\/activity calendar in cooperation with the foundation\u2019s initiatives to serve the local locations\u2019 needs and requirements.<\/li>\n
• Report periodically to the Community Outreach management team on activities, mobilization efforts, meetings and local youth needs.<\/li>\n
• Coordinate with the M&E team through providing required data, documentation, accomplishments and success stories.<\/li>\n
• Represent the foundation at local events at the governates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • BSc. In Business Administration, Social Studies, or a relevant field<\/li>\n
    • 4-6 experience in civic engagement, social development, or youth work in community-based organizations, not-for-profits, international NGOs, or any relevant institution.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in youth development is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
