• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Administration or equivalent with minimum 10 years of experience in oi & gas EPC projects. <\/li>\n
• Perform contract analysis and advise\/monitor the compliance to contracts requirements<\/li>\n
• Support the Project management during the contract changes\/claims process.<\/li>\n
• Review of claims and extension of time submitted by the Sub-Contractors.<\/li>\n
• Draft contractual correspondence and formal letter for the related parties of the project.<\/li>\n
• Familiarity and understanding of legal requirements involved in specific contracts.<\/li>\n
• Provide contract management advice and assistance.<\/li>\n
• Preparation and review contractual matters.<\/li>\n
• Claim management.<\/li>\n
• Agreement management.<\/li>\n
• Attend Client, vendor and internal meetings<\/li>\n
• Other contract related issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
