• Supply Chain Officer contributes to establishing order fulfillment guidelines and carries out order fulfilment activities in accordance with main Logitics Supoort centre LSC common objectives and service level agreement<\/li>\n

  MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

  Functional responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Process and fulfils clients order according to the ICRC \u2018s logistical and financial procedures and pre-established fulfilment guidelines<\/li>\n
  • Contributes to establishing fulfilment guidelines<\/li>\n
  • Analyses the requests received, identifying priorities and proposing alternatives when necessary<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that the priorities set by supply Chain coordinator are followed<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for treating messages \/ Requests received in AMM LOG Services<\/li>\n
  • Keeps AMM LOG Services & Serice Task Management STM messages up to date until the request is completed (order delivered)<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for overseeing all SRs \/ STs fulfilment under Amman Logistics Support Center AML B\/P<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n
    • Keeps service requesters regularly informed of the progress of their requests.<\/li>\n
    • Records and files documents pertaining to be ordering process, registers and forward claims and comments from service requesters.<\/li>\n
    • Regularly analyses the supply chain workload and proposes potential improvements, including to customer service policy.<\/li>\n
    • Update\u2019s logistics dashboards, analyses trend and provides statistics.<\/li>\n
    • Contributes to supply chain support for an assigns geographic area or specific group of products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      RELATIONSHIPS <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
      • Internally, mainly interacts within the Supply Chain Planning specialist, Supply Planners and Supply Officer, Supply Chain Coordinator, Purchase, Warehouse, Transport, the global planning networks.<\/li>\n
      • Has no external relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        GENERAL DUTIES <\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Be aware of the delegation\u2019s objectives and activities<\/li>\n
        • Understand the three components of the Red Cross\/Red Crescent Movement<\/li>\n
        • Always apply the security rules <\/li>\n
        • Respect and observe the staff regulations of the ICRC in Jordan.<\/li>\n
        • The employee may be asked to perform other duties not covered in this job description as well as to provide support to other departments when and if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Certifications \/ Education required<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
          • University degree in related field such as logistics, Business administration or Economics<\/li>\n
          • Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic<\/li>\n
          • Computer literacy; good knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n
          • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems an asset (JDE, SAP, etc.)<\/li>\n
          • six to nine years overall professional experience, including three years successful experience in a supply chain\/logistics department or similar.<\/li>\n
          • Technical knowledge of products and services used by ICRC assistance Division.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
