Company
Being established in 1977, the company owns and operates farms for domestic birds.
They are currently looking for an IT Specialist to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization<\/li>\n
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes<\/li>\n
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues<\/li>\n
• Plan and implement new or upgrades of IT infrastructure<\/li>\n
• Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures<\/li>\n
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions<\/li>\n
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science\/ B.Sc. in Business Information System\/ B.Sc. in Computer Engineering <\/li>\n
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n
    • Relevant Certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields<\/li>\n
    • Experience in networking domain protocols and business applications and general knowledge in servers Hardware and Software, scripting and automation tools<\/li>\n
    • Excellent analytical skills<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge in Microsoft office<\/li>\n
    • A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
