Job Purpose:
A foreman is an individual who has knowledge and experience in general gardening work, with the ability to supervise the staff members in performing garden maintenance and landscaping project-related work..
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\n
• Work closely with the Supervisor in leading the staff members in performing general gardening work;<\/li>\n
• Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure the work is completed on time and as per instruction;<\/li>\n
• Carry-out ad-hoc\/other duties to be assigned by the Supervisor\/Head as needed;<\/li>\n
• Ensuring a safe working environment for everyone working at the site;<\/li>\n
• Strictly adhering to company rules and regulations;<\/li>\n
• Maintaining good relationship with team mates and superiors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications Required:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • With a Diploma of any Agriculture-related course; <\/li>\n
  • With minimum 2 years experience in landscape gardening work;<\/li>\n
  • Familiar with tropical plants and various plants used in Middle East;<\/li>\n
  • Knows how to use basic manual and powered tools and equipment for gardening;<\/li>\n
  • Preferably with experience in handling \/ supervising laborers \/ gardeners;<\/li>\n
  • Must be comfortable in receiving and giving directions to act as liaison between supervisor\/management and staff \/laborers;<\/li>\n
  • Team leader; willing to learn new skills; hard-working, respectful, honest, and diligent at work;<\/li>\n
  • Physically fit to do garden work for long hours; <\/li>\n
  • Must be below 30 years old; Gender: Male<\/li>\n
  • Must have a Driver's License;<\/li>\n
  • Can communicate (speak and write) using Basic English Language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
