About this role:<\/p>\n

\n
• Support preparation of ITT packages and coordinate tender process with COMPANY Supply, PMT and COMPANY Legal.<\/li>\n
• Participate in the preparation and tendering of the EPC Contract.<\/li>\n
• Evaluate EPC Contractor's bid and make appropriate recommendations to Owner with respect to acceptability of Contract Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n
• Administer the EPC contract, document and record all changes and amendments, manage claims, monitor bonds\/guarantees, prepare Contract modifications, and perform contract close-out activities.<\/li>\n
• Review contractual Terms and Conditions to ensure compliance by the EPC Contractor and ensure Company requirements are being met.<\/li>\n
• Assist with the review and negotiation of project Change Order requests submitted by EPC Contractor.<\/li>\n
• Take the lead in preparing Letters and contractual responses to the EPC Contractor.<\/li>\n
• Interface with EPC Contractor in resolving Contractual and Procurement related issues.<\/li>\n
• Review of RFQ's and bid summaries for compliance with project requirements and protection of Owner's interests.<\/li>\n
• Participate in review of alternative vendors proposed by EPC contractor and evaluate acceptability both technically and commercially.<\/li>\n
• Establish and monitor performance and contribute to the monthly PMT progress reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What you need to bring:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of broad contract management, contracts and procurement experience on major oil and gas projects.<\/li>\n
  • Strong Written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills with team leadership qualities.<\/li>\n
  • Bachelor of Science (Engineering or Business) or Equivalent Experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
