• Advising corporate clients on all aspects of Qatar's commercial and civil laws<\/li>\n
• Act for Qatari and international firms<\/li>\n
• Liaise and work alongside lawyers from international law firms<\/li>\n
• Work within a wide variety of sectors.<\/li>\n
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and conduct due diligence.<\/li>\n
• Drive business development in your practice area, with excellent relationship building and relationship management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  The Successful Applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • 5+ PQE.<\/li>\n
  • Common law qualified<\/li>\n
  • Bilingual would be an advantage but is not necessary<\/li>\n
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience of corporate transactions<\/li>\n
  • Experience working at a law firm in a corporate practice with international clients<\/li>\n
  • Excellent drafting skills and legal research ability<\/li>\n
  • Strong client management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
