JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n

• Ensure Last Mile design and operations at regional hub level by coordinating with fulfilment team and 3rd Party co- loaders and at each delivery hub<\/li>\n
• Design and expansion of Own Last Mile deliveries across the Top cities at UAE and KSA<\/li>\n
• Work on projects related to planning processes and speed enhancement initiatives. Works on creating future capabilities with product, analytics and supply leads (Warehouse\/First Mile\/ Last Mile) to bring customer service goodness<\/li>\n
• Optimize Delivery network by working with cross functional Business and Supply Chain stakeholder basis a periodic cadence to ensure seamless demand, warehouse, inventory and last mile delivery planning to deliver best customer service within targeted service levels<\/li>\n
• Ensure that each aspect of Operations is measured and that core KPIs are met or exceeded.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for expanding logistics and customer service infrastructure across countries and channels.<\/li>\n
• Work with Finance & courier partners to manage end to end invoicing<\/li>\n
• Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure all escalations are closed and process is optimized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
