Our client, a leading FMCG business in Bahrain are looking to expand their finance team and hire a Senior Finance and Accounting Manager.
Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Formulate asset, liability, and capital account entries by accumulating and assessing account information<\/li>\n
• Maintain accounting controls by evaluating and suggesting improvements to current policies and procedures<\/li>\n
• Comply with the legal financial policies and adhere to new legislation requirements<\/li>\n
• Monitor new software implementations and ensure that they are aligned with current financial and operational MIS requirements<\/li>\n
• Implement and create systems that analyse cost and performance<\/li>\n
• Present financial information to management to facilitate decision-making and obtain long-term sustainability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  The Successful Applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Must have a professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA)<\/li>\n
  • 12+ years of experience within the Finance and Accounting function<\/li>\n
  • Experience in a food production\/ FMCG or manufacturing sector is a MUST<\/li>\n
  • Willing to relocate to Bahrain unless already based in Bahrain<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n
  • Extensive experience with ERP implementation<\/li>\n
  • Adept at financial reporting practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
