• Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.<\/li>\n
• Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.<\/li>\n
• Ability to paint walls as well as polishing\/painting of wooden furniture and features.<\/li>\n
• Installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work<\/li>\n
• Designing and installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation<\/li>\n
• Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures<\/li>\n
• Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.<\/li>\n
• Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.<\/li>\n
• Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools.<\/li>\n
• Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.<\/li>\n
• Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools.<\/li>\n
• Inspects ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.<\/li>\n
• Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.<\/li>\n
• Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications<\/li>\n
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation<\/li>\n
• Cleans up worksite debris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
