About this role:
Primary Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• The hired person should be capable of producing high quality Mechanical, Piping, process drawings in AutoCAD, following COMPANY Standard, specifications and instructions from COMPANY Engineers. He\/She should be capable of producing drawings out of working sketches provided by Project Engineers. <\/li>\n
• Carry out modifications\/updating\/registration\/As-built of drawings and documents. <\/li>\n
• To update and maintain registers such as Line List, Piping drawings etc. produced with Auto plant, Excel, Access, or other relevant software packages. <\/li>\n
• All hard copy drawings available in Tiff Image to be updated electronically by GTX Cad Plus in Auto cad base or other available soft wares.<\/li>\n
• To register, upload, search and retrieve drawings from COMPANY Technical Document Management System as well as from hard copy drawing archive. <\/li>\n
• Carryout site surveys to verify the correctness of various drawings. <\/li>\n
• Assist if required during site execution jobs.<\/li>\n
• Create work orders, work permits, issuance of warehouse materials, reservations and pick slips. <\/li>\n
• Obtain unit nos. for new equipment and assign document IDs for various drawings\/documents. <\/li>\n
• To assist project coordinators in preparation of Project binders at various stages of projects including close-outs. <\/li>\n
• To familiarize and comply with all Company Management system procedures related to Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Energy and product stewardship. <\/li>\n
• To produce and update Instrument engineering drawings such as but not limited to,\n

  • Document list<\/li>\n
  • General Arrangement drawings.<\/li>\n
  • Site Layouts.<\/li>\n
  • Vessels\/Heat exchangers\/Pumps and other equipment details.<\/li>\n
  • Piping Isometrics & Pipe supports <\/li>\n
  • Prepare Bill of materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
  • To identify spares and prepare tie-ins requirements for shutdown<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What you need to bring:<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Advanced Diploma in Safety<\/li>\n
    • NEBOSH-IGC in Industrial Safety from recognized University\/ Institution<\/li>\n
    • 7 years experience in Oil & Gas\/ Petrochemical\/ Fertilizer industries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
