The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Coordinator working for Leaders International for Economic Development, is a full-time position based in Jordan. The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting the MEL Manager to design, implement, and manage the monitoring and evaluation systems of Leaders International projects.<\/p>\n

Task and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Support the Implementation and Monitoring of the activities of the different projects.<\/li>\n
• Support in the planning, logistics, and implementation of events & workshops.<\/li>\n
• Support the implementation of the Monitoring work plan and MEL activities of LI projects.<\/li>\n
• Contribute to identifying learning subjects in the contexts of implementation of the monitoring activities above including collecting further information required for their dissemination.<\/li>\n
• Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive MEL framework, including indicators, data collection tools, and reporting mechanisms.<\/li>\n
• Contribute to the planning and execution of baseline, midline, and endline assessments to track program progress and impact.<\/li>\n
• Participate in data collection, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data from various sources, including beneficiaries, partners, and project staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
