Responsible for planning, designing, deploying configuration, troubleshooting and executing UAT for Cyber Security solutions at enterprise clients, as well as supporting them as subject matter expert during the commitment period.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Participate in designing Cyber Security solution as per standards, and build the project BOQ\/BOM <\/li>\n
• Work with clients to better understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions to fulfill their business and technical objectives<\/li>\n
• Work closely with procurement department and technology vendor for pricing the proposed Cyber Security solutions<\/li>\n
• Help presales team in presenting and demonstrating Cyber Security solutions, as well as building the proposed technical write-up for the targeted solution(s) including scope of work, responsibility matrix, SLA with vendor\u2026etc.<\/li>\n
• Take accountability for overall Cyber Security solutions activation project performance, manage project with defined contract, ensure project plan, measure project performance, and take corrective actions<\/li>\n
• Interface with customers on all technical matters including lab trials, testing, and deployments<\/li>\n
• Help to fulfil the technology vendor(s) requirements to maintain the partnership as addressed by Product Manager<\/li>\n
• Assist in creating processes, detailed documentation, and artifacts that will be used at scale to develop and evolve enterprise technologies<\/li>\n
• Support business team by engaging with clients to maximize the adoption of new Cyber technologies across the business and the use cases that it enables in support of a client\u2019s digital transformation<\/li>\n
• Work with Umniah stakeholders and customers to converge on offering requirement<\/li>\n
• Work on defining a detailed technical requirements and system-level design (SLA), as well as provide architectural expertise and guidance<\/li>\n
• Support enterprise clients whether remotely or on-site and fulfil the SLA as proposed to client, measure the performance and write RFOs<\/li>\n
• Take the required technology vendor certifications as assigned by manager and in alignment with Product Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Experience in cyber security operation and information security<\/li>\n
  • Excellent command of computer skills (Microsoft Office) <\/li>\n
  • Very Good command of English language both speaking and writing <\/li>\n
  • Very Good command of communication skills <\/li>\n
  • Very Good command of technical writing and reporting skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Desirable<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Experience with large enterprise cyber security infrastructure designing and support<\/li>\n
    • Excellent understanding of platform and Cyber security technologies<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge in NIST Framework and ISO27001<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of scripting using Python and PowerShell<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of project management fundamentals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
