  Key Responsibilities (Reporting directly to GM):<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs based on an understanding of the company\u2019s human resources and capabilities.<\/li>\n
  • Discuss a business development strategy for the company and its new projects.<\/li>\n
  • Developing the corporate ID and company image in digital platforms.<\/li>\n
  • Promote the company\u2019s products\/services addressing or predicting clients\u2019 objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.<\/li>\n
  • Presenting new solutions and services to existing and potential clients.<\/li>\n
  • Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.<\/li>\n
  • Set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship with existing clients and consequently increase the sale revenue.<\/li>\n
  • Enhances organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Proven working experience as an entrepreneur and a verified sales track record.<\/li>\n
    • Smart and friendly personality.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
    • Regional market knowledge.<\/li>\n
    • 5 years of business development expertise in trading\/import\/export and e-commerce. Proven achievements and track record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas. Excellent writing and presentation skills.<\/li>\n
      • Very good with numbers. Strong communication and IT fluency (Ms. Project, CRM, SPSS \u2026. etc.).<\/li>\n
      • Languages:<\/strong> Turkish\/and or Arabic native speaker, as well as excellent written and spoken English language. French or Spanish will be a plus.<\/li>\n
