• Properly document operations in accordance with legal provisions in force.<\/li>\n
• Identify the customers needs and notify them to the Supervisor or Manager if they go beyond the exchange transaction itself.<\/li>\n
• Address customers doubts and suggestions, and provide clear and comprehensive explanations when dealing with a complaint at the counter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
