• Manage day-to-day administrative processes and healthcare facilities.<\/li>\n
• Monitor expenditures and recommend cost-effective substitutes.<\/li>\n
• Produce trimester and yearly budgets.<\/li>\n
• Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.<\/li>\n
• Make work calendars along with Health Services Managers.<\/li>\n
• Maintain prepared medical and staff records.<\/li>\n
• Monitor managerial staff's performance.<\/li>\n
• Train new staff members.<\/li>\n
• Ensure quick ordering of medical and official goods and stocking all the supplies.<\/li>\n
• Respond to the inquiries from doctors, healthcare unit and nurses<\/li>\n
• Resolve long term possible matters with patients<\/li>\n
• Stay well informed with healthcare guidelines in regards to governing boards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
