The purpose of a Team Leader is to manage a CC project team at field office level. The following is a brief description of the role.<\/p>\n

1.Role and responsibilities<\/p>\n

Generic responsibilities (max 10)<\/p>\n

These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details belong in the Work- and Professional Development Plan.<\/p>\n

1. Management of project staff<\/li>\n
2. Implement a plan of action for the delegated portfolio of CC (X) projects (activities, budget, and project documentation).<\/li>\n
3. Day-to-day follow of progress in project implementation.<\/li>\n
4. Ensure compliance with NRC policies CC tools, handbooks, and guidelines.<\/li>\n
5. Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need and explore and assess new and better ways to assist.<\/li>\n
6. Promote and share ideas for technical improvement.<\/li>\n
7. Prepare periodic progress reports and other documents.<\/li>\n
8. Ensure capacity building of project staff and transfer key skills.<\/li>\n
9. Liaison and collaborate with relevant local authorities and stakeholders.<\/li>\n
10. Promote the rights of IDPs\/returnees in line with the advocacy strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Specific responsibilities<\/p>\n

    These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus, and type of program intervention. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly.<\/p>\n

    • Under the supervision of the Youth Coordinator, handle and support the planning and implementation of Youth Program activities in camps, adhering to NRC quality standards and guidelines.<\/li>\n
    • To be aware of and work within the frame of the \u201cYouth Pathways\u201d modality of the Youth Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
