We are hiring \u201cFemale Floor Manager\u201d in ladies Department with the following Tasks & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

–\t To help achieve the smooth co-ordination of all Team members within the Fitness Dept. <\/p>\n

–\tThe role will require the individual to assist the Fitness Manager in all aspects associated with the general day to day activities performed by the Fitness team. <\/p>\n

–\tTo assist The FM in the daily Personal Training Systems and all Daily Operational Tracking documents.<\/p>\n

–\tEnsure all relevant KPI\u2019s and MPC \u2018s and Daily Targets are achieved & Monitored.<\/p>\n

–\tTo ensure that all Gold\u2019s Gym Documentation and procedures are strictly adhered to at all times.<\/p>\n

–\tTo deliver ongoing Customer Care training and performance Coaching and feedback to all members of the fitness team (FI\u2019s) on a one on one basis<\/p>\n

–\tTo ensure the Standard Gold\u2019s Gym Rules and regulations are adhered to reference, floor shifts, Pt quotas, WOW slots, Etc.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENT:<\/p>\n

–\tminimum Certified Level 4 CREPS PT or currently working towards (enrolled)<\/p>\n

–\tFirst Aid Certified<\/p>\n

–\tensure the completion of all required training competencies provided by Gold's Gym<\/p>\n

–\tHave 2 years and more in same field<\/p>\n

–\tgraduates with qualifications in sports science, or health management, physiology, life sciences, business or management. A relevant postgraduate qualification <\/p>\n

–\t Ability to work in shifts. <\/p>\n

–\t Work Location is Khalda<\/p>\n
