Real Cosmetics Company looking for Purchasing Manager position to join our team in Amman Location.
Responsibilities:-
\u2022 Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
\u2022 Meeting with suppliers and to negotiate the best contracts.
\u2022 Maintain a database of approved suppliers.
\u2022 Develop and implement purchasing department's instructions, policies and procedures.
\u2022 Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
\u2022 Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.
\u2022 Attending events, shows, and exhibitions to network with suppliers and view new products.
\u2022 Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
\u2022 Updating all records of purchased products.
\u2022 Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
\u2022 Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet the company's needs.
\u2022 Managing the procurement process, including identifying potential suppliers, evaluating them, and making selections.
\u2022 Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best offers and commercial terms.
\u2022 Ensuring compliance with quality standards, scheduling, and achieving cost-saving objectives.
\u2022 Managing and guiding the procurement team and supporting their development.
Required qualifications :-
\u2022 BS in Industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or similar relevant field
\u2022 A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in a related sector " COSMETICS".
\u2022 Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
\u2022 Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
\u2022 Broad knowledge of procurement management systems and best practices.
\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP experience is preferable.
\u2022 Excellent English languages both written and spoken.
