Currently, RNJO is operating in several medical and social facilities around Jordan. Furthermore, he\/she will act as the desginated safeguarding officer for RED NOSES Jordan.<\/p>\n Program coordination:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Organize the monthly clown visits program to the various social and medical facilities.<\/p>\n \u2022 Maintain regular contact with the clowns and medical and social facilities to ensure smooth implementation of the monthly visits. <\/p>\n \u2022 Organize local artistic meetings, workshops and coaching, including all the logistics. <\/p>\n \u2022 Organize the logistic and travels of the clowns to attend international artistic trainings and exchange.<\/p>\n \u2022 Collect, review and follow up on reports and invoices.<\/p>\n \u2022 Follow up on RED NOSES International curriculum and its fulfilment by RED NOSES Jordan.<\/p>\n \u2022 Organize and attend when necessary annual feedback meetings with medical and social facilities, in addition to meeting with new facilities.<\/p>\n \u2022 Monthly update on statistic overviews for clowns\u2019 visits and coaching sessions.<\/p>\n \u2022 Coordination of clowns\u2019 audition.<\/p>\n \u2022 Organize and maintain costumes and requisites for clown visits and performances. <\/p>\n \u2022 Coordinate artistic administrative matters in the office as required.<\/p>\n Safeguarding:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Act as first point of contact for concerns regarding all safeguarding incidents.<\/p>\n \u2022 Provide safeguarding training and guidance for the team.<\/p>\n \u2022 Establish links with local child protection specialists.<\/p>\n Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Collect and analyze the data from the clown report.<\/p>\n \u2022 Collect and analyze the workshops\u2019 evaluation forms.<\/p>\n \u2022 Support the AD in Integrating the learnings into the artistic work flow.<\/p>\n Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Artistic Petty Cash is correctly handled and managed. <\/p>\n \u2022 The clown visits are organized and carried out smoothly and in a timely manner. <\/p>\n \u2022 The trainings, workshops and lectures of the RED NOSES curriculum are implemented and followed up.<\/p>\n \u2022 Smooth artistic admin structures in the clown team are in place.<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensuring that staff and partners are aware of the Safeguarding Policy and that it is implemented accordingly. <\/p>\n \u2022 A basic MEL system is implemented.<\/p>\n Skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n \u2022 University Degree in Public or Business Administration, art, social or humanitarian sciences or any related field.<\/p>\n \u2022 At least 2 years of professional experience.
