• Investigates and resolve discrepancies<\/li>\n
• Updates account status and database regularly<\/li>\n
• Alerts superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary<\/li>\n
• Complies with requirements when legal action is unavoidable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
