Clarity is looking for a high qualified call center agents to be part of a professional selective team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding inbound calls and an outstanding customer service.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\n
• Answer inbound calls and emails from clients with questions relating to their enrollment in our debt settlement program<\/li>\n
• Perform data entry – Track and updates to customer accounts via CRM<\/li>\n
• Accurately maintain records by thoroughly updating client account information<\/li>\n
• Daily management of the Customer Service Request queue<\/li>\n
• Follow up and research all email inquiries<\/li>\n
• Follow up, as needed, on pending requests<\/li>\n
• Research and resolve customer complaints<\/li>\n
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer\u2019s concern; analyzing the client's needs; determining the root cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the client's concern; following up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n
• Maintain financial accounts by processing client adjustments as needed<\/li>\n
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Fluent English speaking & writing (C1-C2 levels will only be considered)<\/li>\n
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus<\/li>\n
  • Must have a basic understanding of consumer debt.<\/li>\n
  • Debt Settlement or Financial Services Industry experience preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Preferred 1-2 years of prior experience in a high-volume call center<\/li>\n
  • Candidates must be optimistic, empathetic and compassionate<\/li>\n
  • Committed to providing a world-class service experience<\/li>\n
  • Strong ability to perform basic math<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in MS Office<\/li>\n
  • Strong ability to multi-task and solve problems<\/li>\n
  • Strong ability to asses and de-escalate intense situations<\/li>\n
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic personality with high motivation<\/li>\n
  • Strong and clear communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up<\/li>\n
  • Strong problem-solving ability<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, high-energy environment<\/li>\n
  • Exhibit a high degree of initiative and independence<\/li>\n
  • Pay close attention to detail and apply policies and procedures<\/li>\n
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Must Have:<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Advanced English skills in reading, writing and speaking (Preferably C1\/C2 levels).<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work night shifts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
