• Provide advanced helpdesk support for on-site and remote users such as (Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Office365, Connectivity, Printing Services, Identity Management, Business Related applications Support …etc.<\/li>\n
• Requires extensive knowledge of administering Microsoft Office 365\/ Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Private Cloud, Microsoft Hyper-V and related cloud applications, in a hybrid environment.<\/li>\n
• Manage Endpoint security cloud-based application such as (Sophos, Symantec Enterprise Cloud)<\/li>\n
• Manage Endpoint security cloud-based application such as (Sophos, Symantec Enterprise Cloud)<\/li>\n
• Interface with vendor technical personnel in providing problem resolution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  –<\/strong>3 to 7 years of a combination of providing end-user support and systems administration experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  -Azure experience<\/p>\n

  – Cisco Meraki Experience, (ECMS1\/ECMS2) is a plus.<\/p>\n

  – Hands on experience with Software Imaging and Distribution, Remote Support and Monitoring tools.<\/p>\n

  – PC support and troubleshooting<\/p>\n

  – Laptop support<\/p>\n

  – Network printers & scanners support<\/p>\n

  – Software support<\/p>\n
