Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region with more than 3,000+ employees! Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, while our q-commerce concept, talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!

We're looking for a Team Lead Sales Acquisition to join the team Responsible for leading and managing the acquisition team. Review potential acquisitions to ensure they are a good fit for the company.
What's On Your Plate<\/p>\n

\n
• Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission<\/li>\n
• Generate client acquisition plan<\/li>\n
• Monitor performance of team in terms of vendor partner acquisition<\/li>\n
• Tracking sales target of the team<\/li>\n
• Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handle group level commission rate<\/li>\n
• Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target<\/li>\n
• Analyze competition – strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force and personal research<\/li>\n
• Maintain accurate records of acquisition<\/li>\n
• Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner<\/li>\n
• Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality<\/li>\n
• Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.<\/li>\n
• Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments<\/li>\n
• Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance<\/li>\n
• Management for reporting and support<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product development, Call Center and Finance team to ensure effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
