The Assistant Executive Director<\/strong> is responsible for driving resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial and process management, strategic planning and implementation in coordination with the Executive Director.<\/p>\n

What will I do every day? <\/strong><\/p>\n

• Support the Executive Director to meet and exceed community goals including Resident Loyalty, Associate Engagement and financial performance targets <\/li>\n
• Supervise community departments and initiatives as assigned <\/li>\n
• Hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates <\/li>\n
• Identify and develop talent for future succession opportunities <\/li>\n
• Support community business planning and forecasting <\/li>\n
• Manage operations based on occupancy and financial targets <\/li>\n
• Lead community projects, committees, and continuous improvements <\/li>\n
• Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty <\/li>\n
• Drive adoption of Kisco\u2019s software systems, resources and tools <\/li>\n
• Responsible to identify, benchmark and leverage best practices in the industry <\/li>\n
• Understand and support the community sales process <\/li>\n
• Perform other related duties as required <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What will I need to be successful in this role?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree <\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 3-5 years\u2019 management experience in health care, senior living or related field <\/li>\n
  • Proven track record leading results driven teams with an emphasis on financial and operational performance, customer and associate engagement <\/li>\n
  • Experience working with seniors highly desirable <\/li>\n
  • Master\u2019s degree a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
