Main Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.<\/li>\n
• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.<\/li>\n
• Answered customers' questions and escalated complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.<\/li>\n
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.<\/li>\n
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and complaints.<\/li>\n
• Collaborating with the marketing department ensures the company reaches its target audience.<\/li>\n
• Informing product developers of possible improvements and changes to ensure company products meet current market needs.<\/li>\n
• Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.<\/li>\n
• Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.<\/li>\n
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.<\/li>\n
  • Must have a Car<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
