COB Solution is looking for a full-time Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer service and support, and selling products and services. The Telemarketing Executive will also be responsible for communicating with customers and potential customers to ensure their satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Conducting research on community needs, trends, and issues to identify potential outreach projects.<\/p>\n

Promoting awareness of the organization\u2019s services, activities, or events through various methods.<\/p>\n

Coordinating with other organizations that share similar goals or interests in order to clarify the company\u2019s services.<\/p>\n

implementing outreach programs.<\/p>\n

Ability to do calls \/emails potential clients or leads to sell them the company\u2019s products or gather information including cold calling.<\/p>\n

Ability to create the initial approaches via phone or email.<\/p>\n

Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs<\/p>\n

Handle grievances to preserve the company\u2019s reputation.<\/p>\n

Go the \u201cextra mile\u201d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.<\/p>\n

Recording data about client\u2019s needs, participation rates,<\/p>\n

Closing sales deals professionally. Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.<\/p>\n

Daily , weekly and monthly reporting to the Department Manager.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n

• Lead Generation: Ability to identify and target potential customers, and to generate leads through various channels.<\/li>\n
• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support, and to build relationships with customers.<\/li>\n
• Sales: Ability to effectively sell products and services, and to close deals.<\/li>\n
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n
• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar role US projects. Proven experience headhunting and strong US community awareness.<\/li>\n
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone\/emails.<\/li>\n
• Excellent researches skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
