Responsible for executing capacity planning activities and managing RAN product life cycle, following up on new projects implementation, coordinating with other operations and planning teams to ensure full plans integration, and provide different level of RAN elements, resources, licenses, and features to match network growth.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Monitor life cycle for installed RAN products SW versions to ensure network elements life service, escalation, and solution proposal for systems up reaching EOS<\/li>\n
• Implement monitoring & measuring activities related to capacity planning in addition to performing & controlling expansion planning to match network growth<\/li>\n
• Ensure uniform distribution of loads over network elements<\/li>\n
• Monitor & control inventory stock<\/li>\n
• Review RFPs, and BOQs and ensure alignment with capacity growth needs<\/li>\n
• Monitor & review reports provided by the performance & vendors team against each element <\/li>\n
• Support operations teams in controlling and fixing any network alarms related to HW and SW bugs and prepare the needed materials for expansion operations<\/li>\n
• Review vendors performance evaluation with Operations team<\/li>\n
• Review OPS efficiency and recommend enhancements related to SOPs and processes<\/li>\n
• Monitor repair & return for faulty boards<\/li>\n
• Assure proper spare parts handling and dimensioning for RAN elements<\/li>\n
• Introduce new technologies research, studies, Analysis, and solutions<\/li>\n
• Coordinate and perform the activities related to introduce new features and elements (release management)<\/li>\n
• Monitor and control new projects execution and Generate reports regarding new operations and projects execution<\/li>\n
• Ensure proper homogeneous network as well as maintaining network KPIs after new features and systems additions<\/li>\n
• Provide frequent reports about licenses, features & hardware, utilization, availability, and any reports related to planning activities<\/li>\n
• Ensure having full updated RAN elements inventory and having the configuration management process in place<\/li>\n
• Retain all vital information regarding RAN network elements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
