Job Purpose<\/strong>
This position exists to manage various projects in Albaddad Engineering in collaboration with senior management. <\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties\/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.<\/li>\n
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.<\/li>\n
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.<\/li>\n
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.<\/li>\n
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.<\/li>\n
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.<\/li>\n
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.<\/li>\n
• Report and escalate to management as needed.<\/li>\n
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.<\/li>\n
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.<\/li>\n
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties\/vendors.<\/li>\n
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.<\/li>\n
• Providing leadership to project team as it meets the overall objectives of the HSE program.<\/li>\n
• Maintain copies of applicable HSE codes and standards and site-specific HSE action plans on site.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring that a project management system and plans are established and implemented.<\/li>\n
• Monitoring the completion of the project activities in accordance with the requirements of the project HSE management plan.<\/li>\n
• Ensure adequate resources are made available for the implementation of the HSE plan.<\/li>\n
• Participation in HSE audits, inspections, reviews and site walks.<\/li>\n
• Ensure processes are actively maintained which proactively identify and eliminate at-risk safety or environmental work practices.<\/li>\n
• Maintain a dialogue with the project HSE team to foster continuous HSE improvement.<\/li>\n
• To stop\/ suspend any activity which is danger to work force\/ property and or the environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering<\/li>\n
  • At least 5 Years in project management within these manufacturing industries. <\/li>\n
  • Obtained Project Management Trainings\/Certificates <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills and Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Working knowledge in managing projects within industrial manufacturing environment<\/li>\n
    • Ability to communicate and deal with various nationalities and be a team player<\/li>\n
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills <\/li>\n
    • Excellent in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project) <\/li>\n
    • Has to demonstrate dependability and leadership <\/li>\n
    • Sound business acumen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Exposed to heat, contaminants and high humidity <\/li>\n
      • Noise levels are distracting or uncomfortable <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
