Our client is one of the world's most famous luxury fashion groups and has thousands of employees across 60+ countries. They are currently looking for a Luxury Client Advisor to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• Provide exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the top priority<\/li>\n
• Promptly and politely respond to customer inquiries and requests for support<\/li>\n
• Engage customers to determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate merchandise while providing product knowledge<\/li>\n
• Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning<\/li>\n
• Organize and straighten merchandise areas on the sales floor<\/li>\n
• Frequent use of technology to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • A fresh graduate or candidates with hospitality experience <\/li>\n
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good presentation and communication skills <\/li>\n
  • Interest in fashion, art and culture<\/li>\n
  • Excellent product knowledge and good understanding of store retail operations<\/li>\n
  • Bahraini candidates are preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
