Job Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n

• Receive escalated requests from the ITOPS team and manage the day-to-day administration of O365 services and Azure AD environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to modern workplace and end-user computing, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n
    • Design and implement O365 solutions that align with business needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
      • Participate in the planning and execution of O365 migration projects, including managing the migration of data and user accounts.<\/li>\n
      • Implementing and managing collaboration tools: Deploying and managing collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Viva, or other similar tools that facilitate communication, file sharing, and project management among employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate, implement, and integrate new technologies and solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n

            Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
            • Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.<\/li>\n
            • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.<\/li>\n
            • Relevant industry certifications including Microsoft.<\/li>\n
            • Technical experience and in-depth skills managing and supporting Microsoft platforms including M365 services: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Conditional Access controls, MFA.<\/li>\n
            • Intune or other MDM solution experience.<\/li>\n
            • Experience with administration of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.<\/li>\n
            • PowerShell scripting and automation skills preferred.<\/li>\n
            • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
            • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.<\/li>\n
            • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.<\/li>\n
