Responsible for processing incoming payments in compliance with Umniah\u2019s policies and procedures. Also, responsible for reconciling records, in addition to performing day-to-day financial transactions which includes securing revenue, verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

• Maintain the billing system and reconcile all revenue streams<\/li>\n
• Organize the dealers\u2019 financial matters, and communicate dealer orders with other related departments<\/li>\n
• Calculate the sales commission for the dealers, franchisee, or others<\/li>\n
• Handle Visa reconciliation for Umniah shops, website, and mobile application<\/li>\n
• Handle U-Wallet transactions and maintain the issues related to U-Wallet services<\/li>\n
• Generate daily\/ monthly financial reports detailing the paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts receivable activities <\/li>\n
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
