Shift Manager<\/h3>\n

We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to oversee all shift operations, including welcoming and serving customers and ensuring that the appropriate general atmosphere is achieved to provide the best customer service. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the industry, we\u2019d like to meet you.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n

• Assign tasks to shift staff and supervise their performance.<\/li>\n
• Maintain fully-stocked products and supplies, as needed.<\/li>\n
• Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off).<\/li>\n
• Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges.<\/li>\n
• Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints.<\/li>\n
• Open or close the restaurant (when responsible for the first or last shift).<\/li>\n
• Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks.<\/li>\n
• Report maintenance and training needs.<\/li>\n
• Maintain employee's compliance with rules and tasks assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements and skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Proven experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role.<\/li>\n
  • Availability to work different shifts, including weekends.<\/li>\n
