• Work closely with the Product Manager to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize features and functionalities for the Retail Point of Sale system.<\/li>\n
• Conduct market and industry research to stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices related to Retail Point of Sale systems.<\/li>\n
• Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide updates.<\/li>\n
• Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders, development team, and end-users to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n
• Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.<\/li>\n
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely delivery.<\/li>\n
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.<\/li>\n
• Mentor and train junior Business Analysts and team members on best practices and processes related to Retail Point of Sale systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of experience working with Retail Point of Sale systems.<\/li>\n
  • In-depth understanding of Retail Point of Sale systems, including software functionality and architecture.<\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and design effective solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
